Key Indicators provide managers with strategic performance information.  Managers can use this information to make performance improvement decisions and expedite corrective action decisions.

BTI works with clients in a variety of ways to assist with the implementation of key indicator processes and supporting reporting systems.  Our goal is to ensure that our client’s key indicator processes are easy to manage, yield good information and facilitate performance improvement decisions.

BTI consults with clients interested in implementing corporate wide programs, as well as with managers interested in a group program.  All of our services are designed to meet the needs and goals of our clients.  Examples of services we have provided include:

  • Training sessions for clients who prefer to use internal resources for their key indicator program
