FirmCover® Hosted Solution

To optimize flexibility, FirmCover® is available as a hosted solution (SaaS - Software as a Service).

You can quickly, easily and cost-effectively begin to enjoy all the benefits of FirmCover® with the FirmCover® Hosted Solution.  FirmCover® is installed for you on our servers in a secure environment.  We provide training, ongoing support and automatic free upgrades as functionality is added to FirmCover®.  Upgrades are based on feedback from our clients - the FirmCover® Community.

Depending on your needs, our consulting team offers a variety of services including implementation support and ongoing administration services.

FirmCover® License

FirmCover® is available as a license should you prefer to install the system on your internal network.  Training and implementation support are provided with all licenses.  FirmCover® is designed to be intuitive for non-technical staff to use and incorporates a robust help facility.

The FirmCover® system was designed with cross-platform portability in mind.  In order to install FirmCover® on your network you will need the following components:

• SQL-compliant database server with JDBC-connectivity
  
• Java interpreter
  
• Java application server
  
• SMTP-compliant mail server
  
• On the front end, a JavaScript-enabled web browser with ActiveX/COM+ support
